Our dream shop

After the truck, we're building an old-school malt shop with a modern twist: 50s diner meets 80s arcade meets today's gaming, with pies, an ice cream and cereal bar, candy and more.

Our dream is a place that feels modern but takes you back to the old diners, ice cream and candy shops, and malt shoppes we grew up with. A place where people of all ages can come, be happy, and remember being a kid, or just enjoy being one right now.

Our story

Same family recipes. New Florida home.

Pieconic began in New York's Hudson Valley, crimping every crust and weaving every lattice by hand, with an all-butter pastry and no shortcuts. Our pies were featured on NBC's TODAY Show and on Oprah's The O List, and our quiche was sold through Williams Sonoma.

Now Russell and Gisselle Berrios are bringing those recipes home to Florida, adding the Cuban and Puerto Rican flavors we grew up with, one market at a time.
